Hi JamesM,
It may be that your sister is on a different exchange. Best thing to do is put her phone number in the BT availability checker and see what it says.
As for your line performance, me and you have spent ages trying to work that one out, although I am more than willing to throw a fresh eye on it when I have a bit more time.

Most BT Broadband contracts are 18 months I'm afraid.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Indeed! Now that Apple has announced the ending of web hosting as MobileMe gives way to iCoud, the lack of Plusnet webspace has suddenly become a significant issue for me too.
