1.5MB Line speeds for the past Week

Hi Guys
If anyone is able to help, our line which for sometime was running at around 10MB, firstly 2 weeks a go started cutting out every 20 minutes for anywhere between a few minutes to an hour and now although enjoying a stable connection for long periods is capped out at 1.5MB.
Restrictions had been placed on the account around the time the problem started due to late bill payment, is there a way to ensure that these have been removed? As this was settled a couple of weeks a go.

Thanks for getting in touch.
I've reviewed your connection and can see that the speeds are lower than we'd expect as you've advised. As such, I've made some changes to the settings on your line in an attempt to rectify this and the underlying issue of drops to your connection.
If you turn your router off/on in a couple of hours the settings will take effect. If you still see drops in connection/slow speeds after this point, I'd recommend raising a fault here so that we can progress this to our suppliers on your behalf:
