0.2 Mbps download speeds

My download speeds have been seriously slow since this morning. The BT Wholesale speed test is reporting between 0.18 to 0.20 Mbps (upload speeds are around 0.6 Mbps), and the PlusNet data transfer speed page gives similar figures:

20Mb (This may vary between 18.5Mb and 22Mb) - Checked on 2013-11-29 18:17:16
Current line speed:
0.2 Mb
I've logged a support request through the broadband troubleshooter, however I thought I'd ask here too in case someone had a plausible reason for such a massive decrease overnight; there were no noticeable issues last night.

Could I also please request a migration to 21CN and uncapped uploads once the initial speed issue has been resolved?

It looks like it has now sorted itself out as the Current Line speed is now correct but the speeds haven't increased so what you need to do is to go here http://192.168.1.254/cgi/b/bb/?be=0&l0=2&l1=-1 and click on disconnect then connect which will trigger the revised value.
This is if you have a Plusnet supplied router. If you haven't then you need to disconnect and then reconnect from the internet via the browser router page. Note that this is not a resync
