porting to the new system

I had a very nice email today about moving to the new VOIP platform.  It included a link to the site in order to set myself up.  Great!!
On following the link, I'm asked for an email address and password.  OK, so the email is obviously the one they sent the email to.  So far so good, but no password that I've ever used with Free-online will let me in!
How do I find out what they think the password is?

Tried the obvious, asked for my password to be emailed.  I must say, it's a password I don't ever remember seeing before, but tried it anyway, and guess what!
Still didn't work Huh

I've reset your password - it usually takes about 5 mins to work and sync on Gradwells side. Give that a try in 5 and let me know if it doesnt work. Cant see anything else wrong so hopefully that sovles your problems!
