id and password for http://voip.plus.net/

Hello, I activated Braodband Phone on 31st April 2008 but didn't actaully get it working, (but could access "Control Panel" fine) then on 1st May tried to acess Control Panel but am directed to url in subject line. It is asking me for details I don't have yet. Any idea how I can get them?

I've created an account for you and emailed the details to you - it seems your account was not migrated. Have you used your broadband phone in the last 3 months?

No, I only activated it (for the 1st time) on 30th April.
Can now log on to Control Panel but still can't get SJPhone to register with network  Sad

Do I still need to open ports on my router for this new setup with SJPhone?

you shouldn't need to but you may have a specific firewall rule which is blocking the traffic somewhere but even thats unlikley given the use of standard ports.

Just tried to look my account and got the redirection which I couldn't access. I used the forgotten password screen but it doesn't recognise my (non-PlusNet) email address that's showing on the account summary page, which was the one the original Welcome message was sent to back in 2005. I also had my postmaster address, which it was also sent to, rejected as not recognised.
I haven't used broadband phone for ages, so I wonder if mine hasn't been migrated to the new platform either. I had the email from Customer Support back in November inviting me to take part in the trial of the new platform but didn't take that up at the time. I don't seem to have been sent anything from Customer Support recently about the switch for all customers.
