I have taken up the offer to move to the new packages when my billing is up. I am starting to use my free 240 sip minutes from current pro account. Will these mins still be there to use in the new accounts? C.s never mentioned them going when I changed the account by phone
The new packages don't include voip minutes for new customers but I believe you should be able to hold on to your existing things like voip minutes,webspace,fixed ip etc when you change from an existing package. Best to raise a ticket and ask for them to be transferred to your new package.
