Voip account still active a month after leaving PN

I've written to PN about this, but received no reply, nor any action.
I migrated away from PN to O2 last month. I received a credit upon closing my account (thank you). However, BBYW option 3 included 240 minutes pm Voip calls, provided via Gradwell. My IP phone is still registered with Gradwell and I have in excess of 8 pounds credit on the account.
So when may I expect the Voip line to cease, or are PN storing up an unpleasant surprise, in the form of a large bill?

The account has been closed for you and I've refunded £8.98 credit remaining on the account for you.
Sorry this wasn't spotted when you migrated away.
