Voip Registration 'Stuck'

Hello,
I'm using a Grandstream BT200 and it has been pretty stable for the last 5 months, but it seems to have got stuck...!
The status on the control panel shows:
-----------
natproxy, expired at 2011-02-28 12:06:06, logged into v-sip-1
NAT: 4xxxxxx on v-nat-proxy-1 from 80.xxx.x.xxx (xxxxxxxxx.plus.com), internal IP 192.168.1.68, until 2011-02-28 17:20:35
-----------
It's done this a few times over the last couple of weeks but usually a router reboot and then reboot of the phone clears it ... but not any more.
I've logged a call, but not had a reply yet... ( #40317352) ...
I've checked and updated the phone's firmware - but still no joy. After upgrading the firmware, I do now get a dial tone, but can't make or receive any calls. If I try dialing out, there's a long pause and then I'm getting the 'engaged' tone.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
