VoIP phone 'standby' usage

My usage stats show a fairly consistent use during the overnight 'free' period of
874.02KB  876.57KB  878.53KB  872.9KB  875.65KB  871.73KB  883.22KB
when I haven't been doing anything - is this reasonable from a VoIP phone?

dont forget your router uses a small amount of back ground data to keep your account live.
if your worried someone else has logged in to your router its has to be wireless, look at your wireless settings page in your router just to check no one else is piggy backing your account

That sounds reasonable background traffic if a voip phone is connected using the Outbound proxy as the registration timeout is quite small.
