VoIP Offline emails - 31/3

I've received about a dozen 'Your Broadband Phone account has gone offline' emails so far today, though from what I can see it hasn't and my connection hasn't dropped either.
Gradwell status is saying everything is ok.
Anyone else seeing this?

I hadn't fired up my softphone today but have just done so to see if I get the same.

I've had 13 of them so far today, one was from where I rebooted the phone and router to see if it would stop them, but it didn't :-)

I raised a ticket too as I manage 4 different Plusnet VoIP accounts for a variety of customers and got 6-10 e-mails for each on the 31st - they pointed me to the gradwellstatus.com which said all was OK as well as the Plusnet status page saying up for 300? days or so... Eventually they suggested it might have been the exchange but I then raised the point about it affecting multiple accounts... I left it to rest when the e-mails ceased the following day...

I have the same issue. I have no dialing tone and messages are being answered by my voice message on the PN servers. I have called tech support Ticket #67977681
have any of you lost your dialing tone? I have tied two phones a new one and my old one. no settings have been changed.

I've not had any more emails since the 31st. However, my phone is working fine and always was, the emails made no sense Smiley

My Cisco SPA122 reports everything is alright just no messages in or ring tone out:
