VOIP phone keeps going offline today

My VOIP phone keeps going offline and on again this morning. I had an email from Gradwell a few days ago saying that they were changing things around. Will this apply to Plusnet customers too and do I need to change anything in the VOIP phone connections settings.

I've just had another email notification to say it went offline again at 2013-06-06 11:14:01. I've just checked the phone and it's saying Provider registration failed so it's not yet sorted for me.

I see they've reported the call failures as fixed however there are still issues with the control panel. If you're still having problems with calls then try disconnecting from the service and re-registering (or powercycle your VoIP adapter/equipment). If that doesn't help then shout up and I'll get back onto Gradwell after lunch if they continue to maintain that the call failure problem is no more.

I had one incoming call at 11:29 that the caller later told me went straight to voicemail - I answered it and there was nobody there. Two subsequent calls have come in OK and I've made a successful outgoing call.

Don't you love "Our engineers have identified a potential root cause" which translated they made a cock up with the migration more likely... Crazy
