VOIP failed 15:50

all my voip devices are showing sip registration failed anybody else showing this error?

Yep, mine's down..
Cant even get to voip.plus.net , looks like Gradwell have a problem again!!

Yep.. mine is down too, just been over to the gradwell site and it's not looking too hopeful.

Should we have to keep going to the Gradwell site for a voip service status and trying to decide how it affects us ?Huh
There should be some ( either automated or manual priority ) method for Plusnet to map the Gradwell status to the Plusnet Service status.

Mine's still down.  I'm losing confidence in this Gradwell product.  Not sure about anyone else, but if they don't sort their act out soon, PN should give them the boot and find someone else.

Mine's only half working..
Can't connect to voicemail by using *1, just get silence. Use the 185 number, log in to the mailbox, but doesn't recognise the pin number.
It's b0rk3d big time and I'm getting fed up with it.
Can someone get Peter Gradwell back into the forum and give us a explanation please, or I'll be finding a alternative supplier and requesting a refund of the £20 credit I have on the account.

Sounds like they're in big doo doo's from the Gradwell status report...
Both storage systems seem to be having problems.

Hi Guys,
http://www.gradwellstatus.com/ had details of the cause of these problems, and we're discussing the underlying issues with Gradwell now.
Obviously when services such as this fail it's a poor experience and there is no excuses we can make there. Like many others, I myself have come to rely on my Voip and I need absolute stability from the service. That's something our Broadband Phone product should provide, and it's the main reason we chose to use a specialist supplier to deliver our Voip service. While I'd personally be prepared to cut Gradwell a little slack in this instance given the major upgrade programme they have in place, and the general reliability of the service normally, I completely understand and share the frustration when things go wrong.
I'd expect us to receive something formal from Gradwell in the next few days in terms of an incident report, the details of which we will certainly pass on. We also need to look at our service status procedures around this, because I completely agree that we shouldn't have to send you to the Gradwell site for updates. There's a load of people off today due to the weather and illness, so I can't add a lot more now, but I will pick it up with the relevant owners in the business during the week. In the mean time, can I just confirm that everything is back up and running for you all now?

Thanks for that Ian. It seems to have been a while since we've seen a PlusNet person around on this forum. Rich ( Smolenski ) used to be a regular but he seems to have disappeared recently...
I too am willing to cut Gradwell some slack as the service up until recently has been a lot better than the old PlusTalk system.
I can confirm it was definitely working late yesterday , and have just tried X-Lite from the office and its registering fine now.
If we can get the service status procedures improved then that would be good.

Mines been mostly ok today, had 2 disconnections that didn't show in zoiper and only knew about due to the emails.
