VOIP Calls blocked on bank holidays and subsequently - no credit

Is anyone else having this problem?
I am finding that my chargeable VoIP calls are being blocked, with the reason given as 'credit', even though I have ample credit on my account. This has occurred only on 25th and 26th December, and today, 1st January. Calls on 17th, 29th, 30th, and 31st December worked fine, so it seems the block may occur only on bank holidays.
Free calls seem fine. Even though a chargeable call was blocked, I have this morning successfully placed calls to 160 (the echo test) and PN's 0800 number - so my settings, software, and hardware seem to be in good order. The cause appears to be at PN's end.
Is this affecting just me?
Edit: minor rewording.

Re: Calls blocked on bank holidays?

Mine are blocked as well - and I'm on AnyTime.
Edit: There's nothing on the Gradwell status page.

Re: Calls blocked on bank holidays?

Just checked the VoIP control panel. When I log in I get:
Quote
2 calls have been blocked on your account in the last 24 hours.

The 2 calls is a link which takes me to the blocked calls page. The calls are shown as being blocked due to credit - including trying to call Plusnet (443451400200).
The credit and minutes page shows over £10 credit and:

Re: Calls blocked on bank holidays?

I've finally managed to get through on the phone to support. Issue has been raised including a link to this topic. The team that look after VoIP are not in today however.

Just checked through my call log and I certainly made calls on the 25th ok. Haven't tried today though...

Re: Calls blocked on bank holidays?

I am seeing this problem as well  Angry,  have raised support ticket #79215220

'VoIP Control Panel' says calls are being blocked today due to "Reason=credit" !,
despite having 214 inclusive minutes remaining and £4.97 pre-paided credit.

Unusually there are no 'voice announcements' to say "No credit" or "remaining minutes" etc, just an unavailable/busy tone,
and my Gigaset C610 phone display is reporting -

Re: Calls blocked on bank holidays?

I'm getting "Not available" displayed on my Gigaset IP580 handset. We've had this problem several times before - see http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,108099.0.html and http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,103027.0.html ; Sad

Re: Calls blocked on bank holidays?

Happening here as well. I have over £10 of credit, but on trying to call my landline the call fails, and the Control Panel shows the reason for the blocked call as Credit.

Re: Calls blocked on bank holidays?

I'm wondering if I've got the same problem as everyone else. I've nothing in my control panel about blocked calls.

Re: Calls blocked on bank holidays?

Same here, with credit showing of £3.99 and 195 anytime minutes remaining.
Was working fine yesterday, didn't notice if the same was happening on previous bank holidays.

No I wasn't and following that link I do have blocked calls. How to I access these from the control panel menu?
Bob.
