Unresolvable Destination

We are using the PlusNet VoIP connected to a 3CX Phone system
This has been working fine until I noticed today errors of this nature
[CM503003]: Call(31): Call to sip:xxxxxxxxxx@sip2.plus.net:5060 has failed; Cause: 476 Unresolvable destination (476/TM); from IP:79.135.125.156:5060
Where xxxxxxxxxx is a UK landline number which is covered by the inclusive minutes
I only noticed today when checking the PBX logs since PlusNet is the primary outbound providor for UK LL calls on the system, but should it fail there are alternatives so no calls have failed to be placed, they just don't seem to able to be placed through PlusNet.
Any Ideas?

Update...
Just tried again...
Working now again...
No changes were made to the environment at my end
Anyone else notice an "outage"?

Theres nothing been logged by Gradwell - let me know if thise re-occurs as we've had one other report of this happening although it seemed a bit speradic.
