Hi I have tried both speedtouch 716wl and dect phone, Linksys Pap2t adapter and wired phone and xlite softphone with the same results. 1.On calls from BT line to VOIP, the audio is only half duplex, ie caller cannot hear VOIP line. 2. On both hardwear devices the BT line CLID shows "unavailable" 3. Both devices are regestering every 25-30 seconds Ian

Hi ian007jen, Sorry for the lateness of my reply, We will be needing your extension number so we can run traces on your number to see where the CLID is failing. Also, we would like to see your setting in Telephony> Configuration and Telephony > Expert Configuration. Thanks, Jake
