Slow upload speed with Linksys SPA3102

I have recently installed a Linksys SPA 3102 via my existing Voyager 210 router.
Everything apparently is working fine; I can receive and send both VOIP and BT calls as I planned.
However I have noticed that when I conduct a broadband speed test my upload speed has reduced to 123 kpbs as opposed to 375 kpbs when I take the SPA 3102 out of circuit. The download speed seems to be unaffected (4250 kpbs).
Can anyone shed any light on this please?
Are there some settings I can change, either in the 3102 or the 210, which will rectify this?

Re: Slow upload speed with Linksys SPA3102

Have found on the WAN SETUP page of the SPA 3102 that under QOS Settings "Maximum Uplink Speed" was set to 128 kbps.
I have previously not touched this so that must have been the the factory default setting.
Have now set it to my nominal upload speed (448 kbps) and speed tests are now as before.
It remains to be seen what effect, if any, this has on phone calls.

Re: Slow upload speed with Linksys SPA3102

Hi,
I think you would onnly really notice the impact if you were making multiple calls at the same time.  If you're just making the one then 128Kbps would probably have been ample.
