Siemens Gigaset - no sound

Hi All,
I have been using the Gigaset S685 successfully for well over a year, using 3 different VOIP accounts including Plusnet.  However about 2 months ago, have had problems on the Plusnet service.
I am not able to hear the receiver of the call but they can hear me,  this is only on the Plusnet service, any ideas gratefully received.

Hi,
Check that you've got the correct url's for the registrar and outbound proxy.
Registrar - sip.plus.net
OB proxy - natproxy.plus.net port 5082
They changed some while ago and maybe you still have the old ones.
And make sure you've not got STUN activated.

Thanks for that it was just the outbound proxy.
The outbound proxy address is not obvious as I haven't see it in any of the setup guides.
