Settings needed for Cisco/Linksys SPA921

Hi, Some months ago I had this working at my home address and subsequently at my parents address.
Now it no longer works - it fails to register.
I've tried several of the settings recommended by posters here but none seem to work.
On the status screen I can see that it is both sending and receiving SIP packets but still shows up failed to register.
On the Plusnet broadband phone account page it shows my sip server as sip2.plus.net - I've tried this and the original sip.plus.net.
Also I've tried nat.plus.net and natproxy.plus.net - neither has worked.
I've tried changing the sip password several times.
I've found a guide for a Linksys ata - here:  http://www.plus.net/support/hardware/linksys_ATA.pdf
This has stun enabled - but It used to work before without this needing to be set.

Running out of ideas now - can anyone advise - or point me to a definitive guide to setting one of these up with Plusnet?

Thanks

Re: Settings needed for Cisco/Linksys SPA921

Hi,
Here's the general settings
sip server is sip.plus.net port 5060
outbound proxy is natproxy.plus.net port 5082
STUN should be ok disabled
I'm not familiar with the SPA 921 but if it has a 'realm' associated with either the sip server or the outbound proxy then it needs to be set to newsip.plus.net
Hope that helps
