Saturday - Broadband Phone Issues

Hi, just to let you know that calls seem to not be going through again.
Our supplier generates their bills on the 1st of the month (today) and this has put us over our credit limit with them. We have tried several times to sort this out since Christmas. We have raised a PO for 6 months of their services in advance but they have not successfully presented us with an invoice yet due to a mistmatch between how they invoice and how we can pay them.
I have raised a ticket with them to extend the credit limit until we can sort this out on Monday. I will let you know if there is an update.

Apologies for shooting the messenger, but what tells you it will be sorted out on Monday?  Do you mean sorted temporarily until the next time?

I would have thought that a red status would be more appropriate, I can't think of many more serious problems than not being able to make outgoing calls Sad

Thanks Bob. Looks like it was down for six hours and 7 calls got blocked. I know it can be frustrating though when things don't just work. Supplier emails their invoices to us but our payables company requires them to be posted in!

Only 7 calls in 6 hours (and one of those was me doing a test). Is that across all users? Not exactly high usage !!

So why are Plus Net still having billing issue with Gradwel?l This should have been sorted years ago.
