SJPhone - Recipient can't hear me

Hi
I've just installed SJPhone on the PC and using the pay as you go VoIP
Problem is: I can hear the recipient, however they cannot hear me.
Windows 7 FIrewall is off
Mic on the headset works
I've opened loads of port on the Draytel Router pointing to my local PC. Ports opened are
3478
5060 -> 5061
5082
8000 -> 8012
49152 -> 65536
Obviously I probably dont need all those ports open.
Any advice would be good
Thanks
James

You shouldn't need to open ports if you are configured correctly.
Make sure you have configured the Outbound Proxy correctly, it should be natproxy.plus.net:5082 , see guide here http://www.plus.net/support/phone/broadband_phone/setup/sjphonepc.shtml ( although it has the old proxy details ). You might also try the Proxy Usage as Always ( I think ).
Actually I've just thought .... What OS are you using ? there was some problems with SjPhone and Vista.

Re: SJPhone - Recipient can't hear me

Ah!, Windows 7 , you might find this thread http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,85221.0.html interesting.
I think the conclusion was that Sjphone was a bit troublesome with Win 7 , zoiper and 3cx seemed to work , but I'm not sure whether they were on 32bit or 64bit.
Hope that helps
