SIP Ports for multiple Devices

I'm trying to set up a Voip mobile phone so that I can use my PN Voip account when away from home. This is in addition to my setup at home. I believe the accounts now support 2 connections.
In the past when I have set this up with a Sipgate account I used sip ports 5060 and 5061 for each of the devices. Currently I'm not able to set up my home adapter to work on any other Sip port than 5060. Have tried 5061 and 5062 and it does not register. Still using 5082 for the outbound proxy. So the questions are:
1. Can ports 5061 and 5062 be used?
2. Is the outbound port 5082 used in all cases?
3. Why is ports 5061 and 5062 not working at the moment, does my account need a reboot?

Re: SIP Ports for multiple Devices

If you are using the same ports for all your devices I assume that you do not use port forwarding on your router. Unfortunately I seem to have to use port forwarding for my adapter otherwise it does not register so I have you use different ports for my Pirelli DP-L10 GSM/VoIP handset.
