Registration Failure

Hi,
I have the broadband phone activated on my account and in the past have used an N95 to make and recieve calls.
A couple of months back I first go a registration failed messgae, but did not have time to investigate, until now.
I have created a new profile on the phone and renetered all the SIP details, but I still get the same message.
Is there a fault on the service?
Thanks in advance
Minimos

Re: Registration Failure

Hiya,
Are you using "newsip" instead of "sip.plus.net"?
Gradwell made a slight changes which affected all Nokia devices.

Re: Registration Failure

Note to Mods:
Shouldn't this be in 'Broadband Phone' and not 'Home Phone'?

Re: Registration Failure

It should indeed - in future, if you see anything like this can I ask please that you use the 'report to moderators' link at the bottom of an offending post. That way we immediately know something's afoot - in this case, it ended up being Jameseh who reported your post to bring the incorrect placement of the thread to our attention. Thanks. Smiley

No problem.    Never had occasion to do it before, so will do as you say should I notice something like that again.  Sincere apologies.
