Problems calling mobiles on the broadband phone platform

Hi all, sorry for the hassle but we've got a problem with the broadband phone. There's been a service status posted so there'll be updates there as and when we get them, but we'll update this thread as well.
Here's the service status post:
Broadband Phone Problems (51759) - NEW
Outgoing calls to UK mobiles currently have no ring tone and no audio being transmitted.
Gradwell are currently investigating the issue as a matter of urgency.
If you are experiencing any of the above, please let us know by raising a ticket at http://contactus.plus.net with the details of the number you are calling and we can investigate further.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing our customers.

Gradwell have isolated the problem with customers experiencing audio problems on outbound calls. A work around is now in place which should allow customers to continue using the service whilst we investigate further the cause of the problem.
We will continue to update this issue as and when information becomes available.

Gradwell are going to need to restart some networking equipment to complete the fix on their own network. The work around that is in place is to route all calls via an alternative telco so there will be no customer impact when the changes are made.
This work around is part of their normal routing so is very stable. Gradwell expect to be back on the normal routing tomorrow morning.
