Poor Outgoing Speech Quality Since 6 March

Is anyone else suffering from poor (choppy) outgoing speech quality. I can hear the person at the other end clearly but they complain that they cannot hear me. I've tried a test by leaving a voicemail for myself and sure enough, the outgoing speech is breaking up. I first noticed this last night.
Everything appears to be normal at my end, upload and download speeds are as usual, pings are a bit higher but less than 30ms to bbc.co.uk.

I've been on 6+ hours of conference calls 3 days this week and no one has complained about the outgoing speech.

I only noticed it on Thursday evening - it is ok today?

Yeah, I've had a call with India and several calls within the UK and it's fine.

De-registering and re-registering seems to have fixed it - should have tried that first !!
