Phoning Plusnet

Wouldn't it be nice to be able to phone Plusnet support for free from Broadband phone?

Yes; I have 240 minutes free per month and if I call the Sheffield number (0114), within my 240 free minutes, it's free! (Always avoid 0845 numbers...)

Re: Phoning Plusnet

I was thinking along the lines if they accepted calls from SIP instead of going through the PSTN...

I asked the same question years ago.  If PlusNet had a voip phone and a customer calls in on a land line ask is the voip service down? That way PlusNet could pick up the voip and try to make a call. Then we would know if the service is running  Instead of getting I don’t know how the voip service works or blame  the customer saying they changed the phone settings
