Peering

Hi,
I have been trying the peering codes as listed on
http://www.plus.net/support/broadband_phone/newbbpfaq.shtml
But cannot get it to work. Trying to get it working with Sipgate.  I am dialling **7744 and the Sipgate number but just get fast Busy, same the other way.
Any ideas?
Regards,
Kevin

Re: Peering

To call sipgate customers please dial the international format of the number your trying to reach **77744XXXXYYYYYY for example - **777441225123456

Re: Peering

Thanks, **77744xxxxxxxxxx worked a treat, what format should one use to ring from Sipgate to Plusnet via the **472 prefix?

Re: Peering

I'm told that dialing either **467 or **768 followed by the extension should work.
Theres a list of peers available at the link below:

Re: Peering

Thanks for the reply, unfortunatly the ** codes didn't seem to work but I found a code that did on the link, 000472 followed by the number in the 44xxxx xxxxxx format, intresting although the page said it should be 000472 followed by the persons extn number this forwarded me to voicemail!
Regards,
Kevin
