Incoming Calls Fail

I have activated my broadband phone and installed SJPhone and I can make PSTN and sip to sip calls ok outbound however I cannot receive calls, either to my PSTN number or SIP to SIP.
I get a number not in use via PSTN or 'person you are calling is unavailable' using sip:mynumber@sip.plus.net from another SIP provider.
SJPhone NAT/firewall info states that Full Cone NAT is running.
I have a sipgate account and can reconfigure SJPhone to use this number and call call it via PSTN or SIP with no issues on the same PC
I have seen in the forum that some numbers have become 'detached', could this be the case here?

Re: Incoming Calls Fail

Not sure how you software phone works but try changing sip.plus.net to sip2.plus.net

ps get yourself a linksys PAP2 off ebay for £15 and plug any landline phone in to it.  You dont need to leave your computer on to make or receive calls.
They are easy to setup

Re: Incoming Calls Fail

Thanks for your reply.
Have tried sip2 with same results.
Also tried on an additional PC and on my ZyXel Prestige ATA at home, again with no joy - All work ok with Sipgate and FreeCall with no problems...
Any more ideas?
