Inclusive Minutes Reset?

When are the inclusive minutes reset, mine have not been reset for several months?

Had a look at this and something doesn't add up too much. The reset it due today anyway, so it has been put on hold to check tomorrow.
Because the reset it due today, it will be a cut and dry situation tomorrow to know if this is functioning.

Well here we are with the 5th almost gone and it has still not  been reset. It was SUPPOSED to have been looked at at 9.00am on the 5th but nothing.

When should the usage reset?  Is it monthly inline with the broadband account?

They did reset overnight 10th/11th. Expectation was that it should have reset in parallel with my broadband allowance 8th-7th but seems fine now (albeit a little late which will actually be in my benefit!).
I am not sure if the problem has been fixed or if the account was manually reset though...

Its more than likely that your minutes have been reset manually. Your billing date on broadband phone will be the same as your broadband billing date at the point we create your broadband phone account. That means that if you move your Broadband billing date for some reason then they will no longer be in sync. There was a larger problem identified but this has now been fixed so its just a matter of resetting minutes manually prior to your next billing date when it will happen automatically.

Apologies for the delay - we've experienced an issue with a couple of resets, I've also requested that we have control over the resets through our own admin control pages in the future so we dont have to keep badgering the Gradwell support teams. Phil is onto the rogue cases at the moment so rest assurred that this is in hand.
