Inbound calls are not being logged in "My Inbound Call Logs"

Since I switched back to the sip2.plus.net platform on 7th April, no inbound calls have been logged in the "My Inbound Call Logs" on the VOIP Beta Trial Portal.

I've passed the details over to Gradwell - im guessing theres a config change required which shouldnt take 2 mins.

Gradwell have forced your account to update with their core account servers - can you please let me know if this is still happening?

A call made just over 24 hours ago hasn't yet appeared in the log.  I'm not sure whether the action that Gradwell took was intended to refresh the log to include inbound calls made between the 8th and 15th April, but if that was the case, those calls haven't appeared yet either.

I'm seeing exactly the same issue on my account (8520101@sip2.plus.net).

Rich,  Inbound calls are now being logged correctly on my account.  Thanks for your help.
