I am a VoIP numpty - advice pls!

Hi all,
I have a VoIP number which I am using for my new business rather than pay for a separate landline.  I'm not sitting all day at the PC waiting for calls so does anyone know what the best way is for me to get my calls?  Is it for me to just divert the calls to my mobile (is this expensive?).
Also, is there any way my business partner can use our VoIP number without being at my house?  What is Fring?  Is this something she can use from her iPhone - I don't have a smartphone so don't understand all that gubbins!
Many thanks for reading this and any advice you can give!

There are a multitude of different hardware solutions depending on how much you want to pay. The are ATA adapters that plug into your router, or routers that have in-built VoIP or DECT systems that would support both your landline and VoIP have a look at some of the hardware here http://www.sipgate.co.uk/voipshop
It is possible with the PN VoIP to have 2 handset registered and both will ring for incoming calls and both will be able to make simultaneous outgoing calls. With VoIP they can be used anywhere there is an internet connection so not limited to your house.
With the iphone I suggest using the free 3CXphone http://www.3cx.com/VOIP/voip-phone.html
