How long...

...does it take for credit to be applied to my account?
I raised a Question #48922051 at  4:51pm, Thursday 17 Nov 2011. It was replied to at 5:31pm, Thursday 17 Nov 2011 (40 minutes response time - excellent) saying that "We've successfully taken a payment of £5.00 for "Voip 5 topup"."
However, I'm still getting emails every day saying I'm running low on credit, and the money I requested to be credited has not yet been added to my VoIP account, but my credit card has now been charged. It showed as a pending transaction over the weekend, but it has definitely gone through now.
As a new VoIP customer, I'm not sure how long this usually takes - what are other users experiences?

Up to 24 hours IIRC.

Still only showing the initial 50p credit on my account 5 days later.
