Gradwell Service status - phones not registering

morning to all Plusnet VoIP users,
Gradwell have opened up a new service status at this link:
http://www.gradwellstatus.com/2008/12/15/lon-ppc-3/
...which states that our platform went down briefly this morning at around 9.30am - as a consequence users devices/softphones will of de-registered. Its entirely possible that you will of received an offline notification which reflected this. The platform is now back up and running and your device or softphone should of re-registered automatically. If it doesnt then please reboot your equipment and it should force a new registration.
In the unlikely circumstance that you still cant register - please try the Gradwell test nat proxy by swapping your nat.plus.net setting for natproxy.plus.net. Once the service status has been fully removed you can choose which nat proxy you'd like to use depending on the performance your receiving.
