Extension reported as ‘n/a’ on ‘Calls Detail’ pages

From the 3rd April onwards, on the Billed / Unbilled Calls Detail pages, the Extension is reported as ‘n/a’ whereas prior to that date it was reported as ‘123456 (Ext: Contact Name)’.

The issue reported above is still occuring for my account.  Is the change, from reporting ‘extension and contact name’ to reporting ‘n/a’, intentional or is it a problem that needs to be fixed?  The problem occurs on the following page: https://voip.plus.net/login/va_viewmybill/billed.2008-04.html?version=2
