Dropping VOIP calls after 20 seconds

From searching the net, I see this is a common problem, but I can't find a fix.
Calls via wi-fi from my phone are being dropped after what seems to be exactly 20 seconds.
The problem only happens when connected at home, it is fine when connected via wi-fi at other places.
The router is a Thomson 585, is there anything I can configure to cure this?
Thanks.

This is normally caused when the audio packets are not received by the sip server in time and so drops the call, try opening ports 5060 5082 and 5004 on your router to see if that solves the problem

Thanks for the reply, I'll open the ports and see how it goes.
