Discontinuing VOIP is a Breach of my Agreement ?

When I upgraded to Fibre Unlimited I was assured by Plus Net that I would not loose any of my existing services, i.e. VOIP & FAX.
Now they say they are discontinuing these services in August  !
Well my contract still has a full year to run, so they must honour their previous assurance and leave my VOIP & FAX services active for at least a year.
Also I still have £5 credit on my account and the service must remain active while I'm in credit.

We're not obliged to leave either service active. If you believe the change to be to your detriment then I'd recommend contacting our support team. You will probably find that you won't be expected to honour the full terms of your contract if you're not wanting to.

How we plan on dealing with outstanding credit is covered in the FAQ.
