Cancelling my VoIP account

As i'm no longer a PN customer and now just only access my PN mailbox, I asked via the ticket system to have the VoIP bit of my account cancelled due to my mailbox filling up with messages telling me I've got a voicemail.  These voicemails are all junk survey messages.
I can also no longer log into my VoIP as it won't recognise my details.
I asked for this to be done 10 days ago now.  The response came back saying my request had been passed to the VoIP team and I'd get a response back in 48 hrs......clearly 48hrs is roughly 10 days in PN time.
Please sort this out.  Ticket # 50655365
