Can't connect to VOIP using SJPhone

It's been a couple of years since I used SJPhone to connect but wanted to retry it today. Nothing had changed in my setup since I last used it.
However I just keep getting Service unavailable and Authentication failed. But as I said I 've changed nothing in my setup.
Have PlusNet changed anything?
I've looked through the help and everything seems to be OK.
The server pings OK
Are there any firewall settings I should double check?

Are you a PAYG user? If so it's likely that your account has been disabled.

I see this on the control panel natproxy, expired at 2012-02-17 14:09:05, logged into v-sip-1
I am a PAYG customer - how do I get "enabled" again?

Sorted now - the system wanted me to change the password - now it's working . Arggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh  Crazy

Good to hear it's sorted.
It certainly wouldn't be down to the account being disabled, as it's me that does it Wink
