We are pleased to announce the activation of our new Broadband Phone platform. This will offer additional functionality and the option of a geographic phone number. Customers who have already activated the Broadband Phone service and had previously requested access to the trial do not need to make any changes to their settings - please continue to use the settings you were provided with when you were migrated to the new platform. Existing Broadband Phone customers who were using the older platform can leave their settings as they are if they wish. An email has been sent to all existing Broadband Phone customers detailing the settings for the new platform, though the service will continue to work with your current settings.
