Broadband Phone 240, ie. residential, Tariffs

Does anyone know where to find Broadband Phone 240 Tariffs?
I know they're different from those for Business Broadband Phone, but can't find the details anywhere.

Mal

Many thanks.
I don't know how you found that pdf, I searched for ages.
While I have the link saved now, I still can't browse there without it.
I think Plusnet need to make such things more accessible.
Again, many thanks.

Easy when you know how.
The Plusnet main site is not the easiest to navigate around, as Oldjim has demonstrated the search function can save a lot of time and trouble (at least some of the time).
Thanks for the reminder to use the search function.

Do you also use PN for your landline phone by any chance?
I don't, (but I have got Broadband Phone 240) and your route only seems to take me as far as a "buy" button, i.e.

Member Centre
          |
         V
{Communicate}  Phone Calls
          |
         V
        buy

So either I'm confused or it doesn't work in all circumstances   Undecided

Re: Broadband Phone 240, ie. residential, Tariffs

I don't have "Home Phone", but I do have "Broadband Phone 240"
The menu should show a [view] button for the product(s) you subscribe to, and [buy] button for those you don't yet have.

Here is a different route using the "Help and Support" section, so should work even when you don't already have VoIP -

Re: Broadband Phone 240, ie. residential, Tariffs

I don't have the 'view' button shown in your screenshot, just the 'buy'.
I think the explanation for this probably lies somewhere in the process involved when I changed from 'Premier Option 1' to 'Unlimited' several months ago.  I  noticed at the time that the icon for 'Broadband Phone' had disappeared from my 'Member Centre' controls, and although the service still works I now have to access the Broadband Phone control panel by using the URL https://voip.plus.net/login/

Re: Broadband Phone 240, ie. residential, Tariffs

I don't have the bb phone link either, mind you my member center seems to think I don't have it either, only had it since I transferred to PN about 4 years ago!
Tell I lie, it has disappeared totally from my members center. I have to goto the voip.pn link to access it, think they want us to forget about it?
