Activation time and welcome email

Hi there
I 'ordered' PAYG VOIP on 6th July and have yet to receive a welcome email to say that it has been activated (quote "It can take up to 24 hours to activate") - it has now been slightly longer than that. Does anyone know if this is normal? Or should I just raise a support call to ask what is happening?

It's a while since I activated my voip account but AFAIK it shouldn't take more than 24 hours. I'd give the CSC a call or raise a 'ticket'.

Thanks - yep, gave them a call and they sorted it. The ticket to activate was sitting there somehow and had not been responded to. On the whole am happy with Plusnet though I hasten to add  Smiley
