50p calling credit

I configured my new VoIP number yesterday and can receive calls on my iPod and iPhone using 3CX. However, when I tried to make a test call it refused. When I logged into the VoIP control panel I see that the call was barred because of insufficient calling credit. But the email I got welcoming me to the service told me I have been given 50p calling credit (presumably so that I can test the configuration). My control panel shows £0.00 balances for calling credit.
Does this 50p credit take a while to show up, or have they just forgotten to give me it?

Re: 50p calling credit

Hmmmm....
It said this: "You'll need some credit to make calls so we've given you 50p of free credit so you can get started straight away" in an email time stamped "26 April 2012 20:46:25". I'll wait till Monday and see if anything shows up.

Re: 50p calling credit

If you want to test making a call without credit you should be able to make an IP call ok. If you connect both the Iphone and IPod at the same time ( yes you can have multiple devices registered ) then you can call 'yourself' by calling your extension number. I use that facility when I'm away from home and have Wifi available, I just run a softphone up on my netbook and call home for free. Note that when you have multiple devices registered they all ring ( which can be confusing on the one you're calling from! ) and the first to answer will get the call.

I'm in the same position - no show of 50p credit to check functionality. Is there a technical problem ?

Hi SI, your 50p was added on the 3rd.
HI jaygee, I've just added your 50p, you should be able to use this now.

I also have the same problem - Its been three days since the Broadband phone was enabled and I don't see the 50p.
The phone works fine IP to IP, and I would be happy to buy more credit, but the credit details section is missing from the Control centre.

HI HartPD,
Sorry we never picked this up at the time. I see this has been sorted via ticket now.
