3CX PBX / Gradwell - inbound calls not received

I decided to try setting up my own PBX.  Plus.Net suggested I get a SIP trunk from Gradwell, which I did.  I've got the Windows 3CX PBX server software installed on my network, behind a Draytek 2955 firewall.  3CX don't officially support Gradwell, but they have an article on how to configure a Draytek Vigor firewall which I followed carefully.  I was fairly quickly able to make outgoing calls from a 3CX softphone within my network, as well as within my network between my PC and a 3CX softphone on my Android mobile.
However, incoming calls have never worked.  The caller just hears silence.  3CX has extensive logging, yet there is nothing at all happening when I make an incoming call.  This made me think that inbound traffic was not gettiing as far as the 3CX computer.  I disabled the local Windows firewall on the 3CX computer but that made no difference (and anyway, 3CX installs the necessary settings to allow itself through the firewall).  I temporarily replaced the main Draytek firewall with an old Netgear FVS124G, which I flashed and installed from scratch.  That made no difference either, outbound calls worked but not inbound calls.
I checked with Plus.Net, but as expected they are sending all IP traffic unrestricted.
So I was just wondering if any other Gradwell users have experienced this sort of thing.  3CX and VOIP in general looks great but being restricted to outbound calls is a bit annoying!

If you haven't already solved it, try this article "http://www.gradwell.com/support/kb/category.php?id=33" on the Gradwell support site at http://www.gradwell.com/support/kb/category.php?id=33.

I know they said that but have you actually checked that your PlusNet firewall is OFF ( or at least set to LOW ) ( https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=firewall ).
If it isn't then you will need to disconnect/connect for any change to take effect.
