1471

I'd never tried dialling 1471 on the broadband phone before but I did it today and it correctly reported the time of a call earlier (it was a withheld number).  However, my husband had just given me 2 rings on the broadband phone to let me know he was coming home but this didn't record on the 1471 (whereas it would with BT).  I find this a useful facility as I can get home after my husband's given his 2 rings and know what time that was, can't we have the same with Gradwell please?

Re: 1471

Many handsets actually have this feature built in - I'd suggest that would be the best bet if your hoping to use VoIP in that particular scenario.
