1471 not behaving correctly - RESOLVED

This was raised a long time ago by a few of our forums users so thought i'd update you....
Actual Problem - from a few months ago
Customers have reported that 1471 does not operate correctly on NewSIP. Diagnostics have been collected for this failure and our developers are investigating. Caller CLIs are available on the web site, however, we realise this is no substitute for this quick and easy feature. We are aiming to resolve this as soon as possible.

We have corrected this issue, however, there is a networking problem requiring some configuration, which will need to be down out of hours. Apologies for the inconvenience this will cause.
Resolved
This issue has now been resolved and tested. Please note that a 503 declined error will usually indicate that there has been no previous call history, or under rare circumstances if the database has had to be rebuilt.
Nice little feature which will make calling / returning calls a little easier!

But I didn't know we could look at a website to see who had called us ??.
Or is this only for VoIP ?
