It means they experienced an error whilst carrying out the test. Sometimes they take a few tries to work...

It means your line will be re-wooshed around Mon 14th Nov at 6:00am.

Hi,

That looks like they encountered some problems when trying to woooosh your line, and as such flagged it up to be tried again tomorrow morning.

It looks like they have tried to do one and its failed for some reason, usually a problem with the BT system they use to do them. They've then assigned the ticket somewhere else to have another go later on.

Whoosh - results

Actioned : Dear *********,
Loop Loss 35 dB

This shows you should be able to get 2MB speeds.

Regards,
************

Also
From 3Com router -
Operation Data Upstream Downstream
Noise Margin 30 dB 31 dB
Output Power 12 dBm 20 dBm
Attenuation 21 dB 36 dB

and off Samknows using phone no & postcode -
You are approximately 2.44km from the exchange (straight line distance).

Whats the best thing to do with these stats please? On another thread someone said I need to get BT to change my records. Exactly what records and who would I contact?
Or should I try Mr Saffron on ADSLGuide as also was suggested?

Thanks.
