what a difference a day makes...

After all the issues I have had with diabolical speeds on BB+, extremely poor pings, slow webbrowsing etc, last night everything was fine. Xbox live was downloading at speed, gaming was wonderful. Even usenet was zippy. Last night I changed supplier.

Ticket tennis claimed a variety of problems over the past few months - contention, exchange problems, line problems - anything and everything was at fault, other than their networks (they were fine apparently).

I would just like to thank PN for the decent service during my first year, it was great compared to pipex (my previous supplier), it's just a shame about the last six months.
