waiting for Plus to check my line

being an impatient type, I applied for broadband a week or so before my exchange went live, since then its been stuck on the 'plusnet are checking your line' etc even tho my exchange went live yesterday

any chance someone can prod someone down at plus HQ so we can get the wheels in motion?? got isdn on teh line, so the sooner the line is checked, the sooner the engineer can come around and get rid of it!!!!

This part can sometimes take a couple of days. I would give Customer Support a ring on 0845 1400200 just to make sure it hasn't stalled from last week and isn't proceeding.
