i am using plusnet to trade financial markets and for the last few days connection has become unbelievably slow.

any ideasHuh

IP profile for line 7000kbps

DSL connection rate 448 kbps (up stream), 8096 kbps (downstream)

Actual IP throughput achieved during the test = 5961 kbps.

I still have the same slowdown problems... please advise!

That is showing a pretty good speed, what kind of usage are you having slowdowns with? Is your web-browsing slow or is it specific protocols?
