That trace looks corrupted, when running a trace you can't do Anything onlline or run one after closing any p2p applications.

Disable all application auto updates eg Email/ Virus scanner updates
Close any online applications, msn/aim/icq etc
If closing p2p applications wait 10 mins at least for the pings to you IP to stop.

Then start the trace and go have a coffee/lunch what ever.

But if not then reboot your router and see what happens.
