using a Mac with plus.net

Anyone use a mac to conenct with plus.net

I currently have a wireless PC network in the house. The ADSL router (w modem) is plugged into the wireless hub and the two pcs connect via a card in each.

I understand that Airport (Macs wireless thang) is compliant with the industry standard hardware. But would it still be possible to use plus.net for internet access via Adsl.

Thanks for you help

I have 2 iMacs, a PC and a PC Laptop all running well from a Zyzel Prestige 646 modem/router.

I used Telnet to set up the 646 and everything worked first time.

There is no problem in using Mac with PlusNet.

I have a ibook mac which is connected to the net using an airport.
an ethernet cable from the airport runs to a hub and connected to 2 pcs.
the hub will eventually connect to my adsl router.
im in the finals days of activation.
Im hoping to get broadband to the pcs and wireless to the ibook via the airport.

this should be possible.

RE: using a Mac with plus.net

I use an iBook connected to my PlusNet ADSL a/c at work via a Buffalo Airstation. There are two PC's on the network sharing ADSL.

At home the same iBook logs into my Airport base station and accesses internet via a cable modem on an NTL a/c. There is a PC and a Mac G4 on the same network.

If anything the iBook and G4 were easier to set up than the PC's. They just worked.
